Symptom
When you try to install script using the Fantastico, you received error ” You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain ”
Solution
1. Be sure that there is no other script installed in your root directory. Remove the installed script before installing a new script or you can install a new script onto another directory.
2. If you are already removed the old script but still encounter the error. Please to your CPanel > File Manager. Double click on .fantasticodata directory. Then, look for installed_in_root.php file. Delete the file!
