Symptom
In transaction code SM21, you are getting below error,

Solution
1. Check the file system of your SAP system is sufficient.
2. Check the permission of the job log directory is permitted.
/usr/sap/SID/SYS/global/CLIENTJOBLG
3. Check the consistencies in transaction code SP12 for Temse
4. Execute the report RSBTCDEL2 via transaction code SE38.
