Symptom
You have cleared/reset the queue status in transaction code SPAM but still you are receiving below error.
Job OCS_QUEUE_IMPORT is active. The selected function cannot be performed (Message no. BT128)
Diagnosis
When a job is deleted, a check is made as to whether the job does not currently have the status ‘active’ of ‘ready’. It would cause unquantifiable problems if a job with this status was deleted. This message indicates that the SAP system has already started the job to be deleted.
System response
Deletion was cancelled. The job was not deleted.
Procedure
You have the following options:
Wait until the job is processed and has the status ‘finished’ or ‘cancelled’. You can then delete it. From the work process overview, force a job termination. The job then has the status ‘cancelled’ and can be deleted.
If the job still has the status ‘ready’ of ‘active’, although it is not, check the system log to find out how this situation arose.
Solution
Go to transaction code SM50. Look for the user/job that still running which relate to the SPAM process. Kill the job and you can now use the transaction code SPAM again.
