ORA-20000: index “SAP*” . “/BIC/B*KE” is in unusable state

Symptom

Below warnings found from your SAP system database check (BRCONNECT),

ORA-20000: index "SAPxxx"."/BIC/BxxxKE" or partition of such index is in unusable state

Solution

Option 1
Execute transaction code SE14 and key in the index name. Then, choose EDIT > Indexes. Click on Semantic Key and choose on delete database index > create database index.
