1. Login to below link, server address will be your system IP address and XX will be your system number. RWB is stand for runtime work bench.
http://IP-ADDRESS:5xx00/rwb/
2. Go to Component Monitoring. Choose Display ALL. Click on Adapter Engine.
3. Scroll down a bit, click on Communication Channel Monitoring. A pop up will comes up and from there you can select/filter the specific Communication Channel. There will be button for Start/Stop the Communication Channel.
