Symptom
You are getting below error while performing Test connection, Send certificate or executing transaction code CSADMIN on the respective content repository.
Error in HTTP Access: IF_HTTP_CLIENT->RECEIVE 1 HTTPIO_PLG_CANCELED
Solution
1. Login to operating system which where the KPRO is installed. In my case, the KPRO was installed in Windows Server environment. Go to Start > Run. Type below command and Enter. This will open up the IIS manager.

2. From there, you will see the SAP content server is running or in stopped status. If stopped, you will need to bring up back. Sometimes, a restart also will be helpful.
