Transaction code RSM37 is used to display jobs in the SAP system with program parameters or variants. This transaction code is quite handy because you can just view the job’s variant parameters directly.
On the initial screen page, you can filter the selections by job name, user, date or the status. Click on execute.
The next screen will list out the jobs with the variant parameters. As below screenshot, you will see the Selection and Value column which indicates the variant parameter. To get more on details, you can double click on any Selection or Value column and you will reroute to the job variant directly.
