Solution
For 64 bit operating system, the recommended value is 2048MB but it is still depends on your configured physical memory. In our case, the heap size was configured at -Xms2048 but our system was lack of free memory. So, we have adjusted the heap size to -Xms1024. Please look up the parameter value in configtool.
