You are installing SAP NetWeaver 2004s ABAP version but end up failing. You try to reinstall but you are getting error message. This is might caused of some registry are still remains in the system. So, in order to fully remove the registry, you can use SAP Registry Clean Tool.
To download, go to this link to download the tool. To use the tool, select Operation / Uninstall Service + Unregister COM Interface. Put the SID and NR. Press OK.
