RZ04: The sum of the work processes must be equal

When you executed the consistency check from transaction code RZ04, the error, “The sum of the work processes must be equal” prompted. Then, you realized that from the transaction code RZ04, the value of Sum is different from the total work process on transaction code RZ10.

Solution

1. Execute transaction code RZ04. Click on Instance/operation modes.

2. From the top menu, select Settings > Based on current instance > Existing instance > Set. The new value of Sum will reflect now.
