1. You can add a new category in WordPress by go to Categories under Posts in your Dashboard. Here, you must fill in the category name. The slug, parent and description is optional based on your requirements.
2. To edit or delete the WordPress category, you can go to the same page of adding the new category. The editing, deleting options are directly below the category name which is located on your left panel.
