Allow & Disallow Windows Remote Assistance

Windows Remote Assistance functions:

• You can get help using Windows Remote Assistance.

• Windows Remote Assistance is allowed through Windows Firewall so that it can communicate with your helper’s computer.

Right click on the Computer and select Properties. Go to Advanced system settings and switch to Remote tab. Look under Remote Assistance and to allow or disallow, just select / deselect the option Allow Remote Assistance connections to this computer.

If you are enabling this functions, you can click on Advanced for Remote Assistance Settings. You can set to allow the computer to be controlled remotely, maximum time of invitations and set to only open for computers with running on Windows Vista or later.
