Symptom
You are importing environment from SAP BPC development to SAP BPC testing using STMS. Unfortunately, the transport is getting RC=8 in the Method Execution phase.

When you click on the import log, you found below error details,
Start of the after-import method UJT_TLOGO_AFTER_IMPORT for object type(s) ABRU,AMBR,ASPR ( )
Environment status not offline; cannot export/import transport request
Failed to import environment ITSITI_CONSOL
Error occurred while importing
End of after import methode UJT_TLOGO_AFTER_IMPORT (Aktivierungsmodus) – runtime: 00:00:00
Solution
You will need to take environment offline first before you can move the transport. Once offline, you can re-transport again.
