In Oracle database environment, you can use the select count command to determine the entries number of a table.
In SAP level, you can use transaction code SE16 or SE16N to get the same output which is much easier.
So, just execute transaction code SE16N. Example, for table USR02.
Click on Number of Entries and you will get the numbers!
