Using the Windows search function, type “gpedit.msc” to open the Local Group Policy Editor. Then, navigate to the following tree,
Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System
On the right panel, double click on Display Shutdown Event Tracker (you may need to scroll down a bit) and change the status to Disabled.
