Firstly, it is not possible to delete an already released transport. The option of delete button will be grey out for any released transport.
By the way, you may still do the deletion by changing the released transport to modifiable mode. You may refer to this article on how to change the transport mode.
Once the status change to modifiable mode, go to transaction code SE01 and follow this article for deletion steps.
