Execute transaction code RZ11, fill in DIR_EPS_ROOT and press enter. You can also use below command on operating system level,
> sappfpar pf=<CENTRAL-INSTANCE-PROFILE> DIR_EPS_ROOT
Change EPS directory location
• Using transaction code RZ10, change or add the directory DIR_EPS_ROOT in central instance profile
