There are 2 methods you can follow here on how to disable the CAPS LOCK functionality in Windows.
Method 1
1. Open the Registry Editor. Before you do the changes, please create a backup!
2. Navigate to the following directory. On the right panel, right click and select New > Binary Value.
3. Enter the following value,
Value name = Scancode Map
Value data = 0000000000000000 0200000000003A00 00000000
4. Now save your changes and restart the Windows to activate it.
