Symptom
You want to disable the Desktop Cleanup Wizard from automatically running on your Windows XP. By default, the Desktop Cleanup Wizard will be running on every 60 days.
Solution
1. On your Windows XP desktop screen. Right click and choose Properties > Desktop > Customize Desktop. You can deselect the function of Run Desktop Cleanup Wizard every 60 days.
2. Click OK and you are done!
