Normally, SAP administrators / consultants will use transaction code ST22 to view the ABAP dumps generated on the SAP system. But, in case you are in hurry :-), you can actually display the latest ABAP dump generated on your SAP system by using transaction code LAST_SHORTDUMP.
The transaction code LAST_SHORTDUMP will display the latest ABAP dump in your SAP system.
