On the transaction code SM37. Enter the job name and press Execute (F8). You will get the job status as below. Click on the job name.
Then, click on the Job Log (CTRL + SHIFT + F11). The job log entries will be display for the respective job name. From this job log, you can get the complete status report on the job – errors, user, variants, steps.
