Right click on the Windows taskbar and select Properties. Go to Taskbar tab. You can define the selections from the Taskbar buttons.
If you select Never Combine, each tabs will have their own buttons.
If option Always combine, hide labels selected, the display will be like below,
For option Combine when taskbar is full, the buttons will combine when the taskbar is full of open tabs.
