You are getting below message while executing telnet command in the Windows operating system environment.
C:\Windows\system32>telnet
'telnet' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
How do you enable the telnet client feature? Follow below steps.
Go to Control Panel > Program & Features. At the left panel, click on Turn Windows features on or off.
Please wait till Windows loads all the features available.
Select the Telnet Client and press OK. You can now use the telnet functionality in Windows!
