Fasten Your Windows XP Startup Process via MSCONFIG

MSCONFIG is the short name for Microsoft System Configuration Utility which is used for Microsoft Windows startup process troubleshooting. MSCONFIG can be used to enable or disable software, drivers, services that run during the startup. You can also change the boot parameters here.

1. Go to Start > Run. Type “MSCONFIG” and press enter. At here, you can review and check any services or software that may not be so critical or can be disable so that it will fasten your Windows XP startup process. You should restart your Windows XP to activate and apply the changes.
