How to Add Company Logo to SAP Screen

Symptom

You have been asked to add company logo into your SAP screen.

Steps

1. In transaction code SCC4, ensure Cross-Client Object Changes is set to Changes to Repository and cross-client Customizing allowed.

2. Now, go to transaction SMW0. Select Binary data for WebRFC application and press Enter.

3. Press F8.

4. Go to Settings > Maintain MIME types.

5. Click on Create (F8). Enter the following details and save.

6. Now, go back to the screen on step number 4. Select Create and enter the Obj. name and Description. Once done, click on Import. Select Local Object on the Create Object Directory Entry screen.

7. Next, execute transaction code SM30 and enter the field as SSM_CUST. Click on Maintaina and select New Entries. Add the following entries.

HIDE_START_IMAGE NO
RESIZE_IMAGE NO
START_IMAGE ZITSITI_LOGO.GIF

* NO (default), YES – Switch Off Picture on the Easy Access Screen Globally (for HIDE_START_IMAGE)
* YES (default), NO – Automatic Size Adjustment of Picture on the Easy Access Screen (for RESIZE_IMAGE)
* Name of Picture To Be Displayed on the Easy Access Screen (See Transaction SMWO) (for START_IMAGE)
