We did some search from the the Chrome settings and unfortunately, we could not find any related settings to the auto open downloaded files.
But, there is a way on how to automatically open the downloaded files from the Chrome web browser.
Firstly, you have to download the file. In this example, the file type is JPG. Once downloaded, click on the arrow icon and select Always open files of this type. So, the next download of JPG file will be automatically open.
You can perform the same step to other file format i.e docx (word document), xls (excel sheet) etc.
