Open transaction code SO23 and click on create.
Under the Attributes tab, you can define the DL’s name, title, and folder, as well as specify whether it will be a private or shared list.
Go to the Distribution List Content tab, where you can add recipients. You may enter their addresses and specify the type (e.g., Internet Address, SAP User). You can also configure send attributes such as Express, Copy, or Blind Copy for each recipient.
Now save your changes once you’re done.
Alternatively, you may use transaction code SBWP to perform the same task.
