Enable SMON for Daily Monitoring
Launch transaction code /n/SDF/SMON from any client. Click on Schedule Daily Monitoring.
Apply the values as below. Refer to SAP Note 2651881 – How to configure SMON for performance monitoring and analysis.
Once done, click on Execute to start the SMON scheduling.
Disable SMON for Daily Monitoring
In transaction code /n/SDF/SMON, highlight on the “running” (gear icon) status. Click on Stop Analysis.
Note
- If your SAP NetWeaver Release is 7.4 or higher, SMON is recommended over /SDF/MON.
