In this article, we will show you on how do we perform the connection test to the content server from the SAP application system.
Method 1
The simplest of all, use the below link and paste it to you web browser to check the connection test.
http://[HOSTNAME]:[PORT]/ContentServer/ContentServer.dll?serverInfo
Method 2
Step 1: Use transaction code SE38 and enter report RSCMST. Define the Repository, leave other values as default and press Execute (F8).
Step 2: No action required here, press Execute (F8) again.
Step 3: The execution will be running for a while (less than a minute).
