How to Set Default SAP Theme in NetWeaver Business Client

Defining NWBC Theme in NWBC_CFG for 3.5 Runtime Version (/nwbc/ service):

1. Go to Transaction SE16.
2. Open the table NWBC_CFG.
3. Add an entry named THEME_NAME with the desired theme name as the value.
4. Configure the other fields in this entry according to the Business Client Documentation.

Defining NWBC Theme in /UI2/NWBC_CFG_CUST for 3.6 Runtime Version (/ui2/nwbc/ service):

1. Start Transaction /UI2/NWBC_CFG_CUST.
2. Add a new entry in the table with the parameter name THEME and the desired theme name as the value.
3. Configure the other fields in this entry according to the Business Client Documentation.

Note: If a theme is also defined in the application configuration, such as in URL parameters, the application configuration parameter will override the NWBC theme and be applied as the application’s theme.
