
It happens every where and every time where someone included you in the email conversation even though you are not having any work related on it. You keep getting the emails notification to your inbox as there are many recipients keep replying to the emails!
Getting the email initiator to remove you from the loop seems like not really a good move. So, how do we stop the email conversation from coming to the inbox?
Select the email conversation, go to Home tab and click on Ignore.

Click on Ignore Conversion. This function will removes all messages related to the conversation that you selected. It will also moves any future incoming messages in the conversation directly to the Deleted Items folder.

By the way, how do we stop the ignore conversation? We want the emails to come back to the inbox. 🙂
Locate the email from the Deleted Item. Click on Ignore and select Stop Ignoring Conversation. The conversation is move back to the inbox and future message will be deliver to the inbox.
