During your SAP installation on Microsoft SQL Server, you have encountered with below error,

Read the installation guide first before you start the installation. You may need to re-install the MS SQL Server and choose the server collation as SQL_Latin1_General_CP850_BIN2. Referring to SAP Note 2767546 – MS SQL Server collation error in SWPM,
The server collation affects the system databases (master, model, tempdb, msdb), please refer to this Microsoft doc. for the detailed change steps.
If the SQL Server is just installed and no user database has been created yet, a new installation from scratch with the correct collation SQL_Latin1_General_CP850_BIN2 is recommended.
Note: If you have non-SAP applications on the MS SQL instance that require a different collation, then you can create a separate server instance for SAP applications.
