1. Go to phpMyAdmin. Select your wordpress database and choose wp_users.
2. Click on pencil icon to change. Next, change the old password in user_pass field to a new password you wanted. Save and test.
Note
At here, you can also can change the email address at user_email and username at user_login in case you forgot your email, password and user name for wordpress!
