Use transaction code RSRFCTRC to directly display the RFC trace logs in your SAP system. The good thing about transaction code RSRFCTRC is, you can view multiple RFC trace log files in a single screen. As an example, you can display dev_rfc0 until dev_rfc10 on one shoot. But, dev_rfc files with .old extension will not be visible here.
You can delete the RFC trace log file by go to List > Delete or click on dustbin icon.
Note
You can display all the trace log files by using transaction code ST11.
