You want to do some changes in SAP parameter using the transaction code RZ10. Upon changing, below error message is coming out,
Caution: this profiles does not match the profile currently in use
Solution
This might be happen when someone did the changes directly on operating system level. The changes are not save up to SAP level which make it inconsistent.
To ensure both profile parameter are synchronized in both location (SAP and operating system level), do the following,
From Utilities > Import profiles > Of active servers
