Symptom

You have successfully installed the new SAP GUI 740 and about to launch the SAP system. Unfortunately, during the launch, below error coming out,

Hostname ‘NiHsLGetNodeAddr’ Unknown

SAPGUI 740 - Hostname NiHsLGetNoderAddr Unknown

Solution

Install the patch 1 as per SAP Note 2077230.
