The SAP NetWeaver Java Support Tool is used to support the SAP NetWeaver AS Java with release of 7.0, 7.0x and 7.1 or higher. The tool can provide the following capabilities,
- Trace collection for exception, system crashed, system hang and during startup issue
- Obtain the component information
- Thread dump trigger and collection
- Screen recording
- Upload information to Mdoc / SFTP
- Component dependencies checking
This tool can only be run on a client machine and no installation is required. The file is in executable jar format and you must supply the sidadm username / password in order to connect to the JAVA system.
You can unchecked the validate certificate box for non-HTTPS connection and do maintain the proxy settings if proxy is been used.
