In transaction SOST, you found that message status as per below,
Solution
The status indicate that the message is in the queue. The SAPconnect send process will send the message during the next run. If the message is in the waiting status for a long time. You might need to check on the below steps,
1. In transaction code SCOT, check the send jobs are active and scheduled (click on icon Job – green color). Noted on the scheduled time. As below example, the send jobs will be run on every 5 min for INT and 10 min for FAX. Also, ensure the variant is correctly assigned.
2. Go to transaction code SM37, check the scheduled send jobs are running properly.
3. Other checks – file systems, work process availability.
