In the middle of doing support packages upgrade, below error popping out,
Error in phase: DISASSEMBLE
Reason for error: FILE_OPEN_ERROR
Return code: 3
Error message: OCS Package: SAPKDxxxxxx
Solution
1. Correct the permission, ownership of DIR_EPS_ROOT directory and the support packages files.
2. The support packages files should be existed in the DIR_EPS_ROOT directory.
