Old Host
1. Download the wp-content, .htaccess (hidden file), robots.txt (if have) and sitemap.xml (if have) to your local hard disk. Recommended to use FileZilla.
2. Download the wordpress database in phpMyAdmin.
3. Change the DNS Name Server.
New Host
1. Upload old host files to new host.
2. Upload old wordpress database to new wordpress database.
3. Voilaa..you are done! Check & verify the settings of your wordpress!
