You tried to install an application on Windows Server 2012, unfortunately, below error message coming out,
Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported
The installer cannot run in this UI mode. To specify the interfacemode, use the -I command-line option, followed by the UI mode identifier. The valid UI modes identifiers are GUI, Console, and Silent.

Method 1
1. Right click on the application and select Troubleshoot compatibility.
2. Select Try recommended settings.
3. Select Test the program.
