Symptom

[EXCEPTION]
{0}#1#com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: User is locked.
Please notify the person responsible

Solution

Go to transaction code SU01. Look for the user that maintain the UME-ABAP communication (normally, SAPJSF). Unlock the user.

RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE sapjsf locked
