Background program

Open the System Properties (Right Click on My Computer > Properties > Advanced system settings). Go to Advanced tab and choose Settings of Performance.

Under the Processor scheduling, select to  choose of which the best adjustment for Programs (foreground) or Background services. Click Apply and OK.
