How to Clear SSL State

Please follow the steps below to clear the SSL state from Internet Properties:

  1. Press Windows + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.
  2. In the Run box, type: inetcpl.cpl Then press Enter or click OK. This will open the Internet Properties window.
  3. In the Internet Properties window, go to the Content tab.
  4. Under the Certificates section, click Clear SSL State.
  5. A confirmation message will appear stating that the SSL cache has been successfully cleared. Click OK to close the prompt.
  6. Click OK again to close the Internet Properties window.

After completing these steps, you may close and reopen your browser, then try accessing the website or application again.
