Symptom
You have executed backups for SAP IQ, unfortunately – the records are not available from the SAP IQ Cockpit tool.
Solution
We manage to solve the issue by executing below command. Please refer to SAP Note 2287018 for details explanation.
set option PUBLIC.ansi_substring = 'OFF'
