You have just performed the update of SAP IQ server and cockpit. When you launched the SAP IQ Cockpit administration page, you notice that there is no system shown from the drop-down list of login page. The list is completely empty.
Solution
There are multiple causes for this issue and multiple solutions to solve them, you can follow the below SAP Notes (We are so lazy to explain each of the steps :-))
- SAP Note 2120237 – System dropdown list is empty in SAP IQ Cockpit – SAP IQ
- SAP Note 2328651 – SAP IQ Cockpit Screen shows no systems in dropdown box
By the way, for our case, we solved the issue by removing the -sb 0 parameter from the configuration (.cfg) file.
