Program SWNCCOLL starts the collector function module SWNC_COLLECTOR_KERNEL_STAT (using the collector starter SWNC_COLLECTOR_STARTER) on every active instance in the system or on the local instance only.
Additionally, the collector performance data stored in table SWNCCOLLPERF is reorganized.
