You can configure the email functions in SAP HANA Studio, where users can receive an e-mail when an alert condition for all or specific checks is met / fulfilled.
Once you launched the SAP HANA Studio, jump to Alerts tab and click on Configure.
On the Configure E-Mail Functions tab, define following items,
- Sender E-Mail Address
- SMTP Server
- SMTP Port
- Recipients
- Configure Recipients for Specific Checks
