
You can use the report RSUSR100N (using transaction code SE38) to display change documents for users. The report RSUSR100N is new and replacement for the obsolete report RSUSR100.
Alternatively, you can call it from transaction SU01 by choosing the menu path Information > Change Documents for Users, or in transaction SUIM using the area menu node Change Documents > For Users.
Standard Selection
The first part of the selection screen, the Standard Selection, includes the same characteristics as the other reports in the User and Authorization Information System (transaction code SUIM),

- User
- Changed by
- User who made the change. You can fill this field with your own user name. This allows you to search for changes that you made yourself.
- From Date and From Time
- Start date and time of the period to be checked. You can use the buttons ‘Week’, ‘Month’, and ‘Year’ to set the appropriate start date.
- To Date and To Time
- End date and time of the period to be checked.
- Change History List
- Technical View
- Allows a direct view of the formatted table contents that are relevant for change documents (USH02, USH04, USR04), sorted in sequence and logic.
- Display Current Address Data
- You can display the current address data (family name, first name, department) for the users in the results set. Since no change documents exist for this data, it is not possible to display historical data, but rather only the current data. If you select this checkbox, the address data for the users that have been changed is displayed in the results list. The current data is always displayed
- Respect Archive Data
- To take archived data for the history of user data, profile assignments, and role assignments into account during the analysis, you first need to use the report RSUSR_LOAD_FROM_ARCHIVE to reload it into the relevant shadow tables in the database. This option is not relevant for the technical view.
Note: To allow a better overview, the selection criteria have been divided into subcategories and are shown on tab pages. These tab pages are available:
- User Attributes
- Roles/Profiles
- CUA Systems/Roles/Profiles
The tab page CUA Systems/Roles/Profiles only accepts input in a CUA central system, since the new change documents regarding the CUA-specific assignments are only written in the central system.
Selection Criteria

No selection criteria are provided for selection for the output type “Technical View”. If the report is started with the initial selection screen, the report contains all change documents for the current date. To view all change documents that exist in the system, you can use the date “01/01/1980”, for example.

For reasons of accessibility, the result list is output as an ALV list. The results list consists of the entries of the structure USRCD and contains the following fields:
- User
- User for which change documents exist, in accordance with the selection criteria.
- Date
- Change Date
- Time
- Change time
- No. or Counter
- Specifies the sequence in which change documents are created at a point in time. (For example, if a user is created with a profile assignment, the change document for the creation of the user is always created before the change document for the profile assignment.)
- Changed By
- User name of changer
- Type of the Change Document
- Description of the type of the change document that explains which action was performed with which field.
- Old Value
- Old value of the changed field, if it exists.
- Text for Value
- Old description of the changed field, if it exists.
- New Value
- New value of the changed field, if it exists.
- Text for Value
- New description of the changed field, if it exists.
- TCode
- Name of the transaction with which the change was made, if this information is available.
