RSUSR200: List of Users According to Logon Date and Password Change

The report RSUSR200 is use to display user passwords and logon data in a client. You can call this report by choosing User > By Logon Date and Password Change in transaction code SUIM, or by pressing Logon Data in transaction code SU10.

This report is used for administrative analysis and internal audit of the number of active users in the system over a longer period of time (for example to prepare the system measurement). It is a part of reporting in order to check that the rules for password aging are respected (internal and external audit).

Standard Selection

• User
  • User name
• Group for authorization
  • User group for authorization check
• Security policies
  • You can use the F4 help to determine the security policies defined in transaction SECPOL.
• Days since last logon
• Days since password change
• Display address data

Selection by user validity

• Today
  • User valid today
  • User not valid today
• Validity Period
  • User Valid
    • All users that can log on on each day of the selected validity period are displayed.
  • User Not Valid
    • All users that cannot log on on each day of the selected validity period are displayed.

Selection by Locks

• Differentiation of Locks
  • User Locks (Administrator)
    • The user has been locked by an administrator. Either a local or a global user lock was set.
  • Password Lock (Incorrect Logons)
    • The user has been locked due to too many failed logon attempts. It is not possible for the user to logon using a password.
• All Users with Administrator Locks or Password Locks
• Only Users Without Locks
  • These two options give you a quick way of selecting two standard cases for selection by locks.

Selection by logon attempts

• Users with incorrect logons
• Users without incorrect logons
• Users without logon date

Selection by user type

• Dialogue user
• Communications user
• System user
• Service user
• Reference user

Selection by status of password

• User with productive password
  • All users with a valid or expired productive password
• User with initial password
  • All users with a valid or expired productive initial password
• User with deactivated password
  • All users whose passwords have been deactivated

List Formatting

• Title
  • A title for the result list, which can include parameters
• Layout
  • Defines a variant of the layout for the list output before the report starts
